Professional fees
Professional fees may be partially refundable only if work has not started. Once document review, drafting, filing, advisory or follow-up work begins, fees may become non-refundable to the extent of work performed.
Government and third-party charges
Government fees, portal charges, stamp duty, DSC charges, certification charges and other third-party costs are normally non-refundable once paid or consumed.
Rejections
Application rejection by a government department, bank or authority does not automatically create refund eligibility if the professional work was completed correctly based on documents provided.
